So you live with a vegetarian, but you're not one yourself. This makes cooking hard. Recipe books on the shelf are elaborate (am I actually going to travel 67km to a Vietnamese market for a 'dash' of a spice I can't even pronounce?). They're also made for the wealthy (53 ingredients really adds up). And in the end, if you only like 4% of the recipes in the book, was it really worth it? Probably not. So I decided to scour the interwebs for my own vegetarian recipes with bits and pieces I knew the recipient would like. And make it myself.
